PURPOSE:To make possible the easy parting of a sheet-shaped cleaning blade material from a cylindrical mold surface even if a mold parting material is not used by coating a fluororesin on the inside surface of the cylindrical mold and curing the same to form a coating layer then pouring liquid rubber into the coating layer of the mold surface, molding centrifugally the rubber to the disappearance of the fluidity, cutting the molding, flattening the cut rubber, completing the curing and cutting the cured rubber to a required size. CONSTITUTION:The fluororesin is coated on the inside surface of the cylindrical mold and is cured to form the coating layer to 20-300mum thickness. The liquid rubber is poured into the coating layer of the mold surface and is centrifugally molded to the disappearance of the fluidity. The resultant cylindrical molding is completely cured and is then cut to the required size. The fluororesin to be used is selected from a tetrafluoroethylene resin, trifluoroethylene chloride resin, vinylidene fluoride resin, hexafluoropropylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene/ perfluoroalkoxy ethylene copolymer resin or the modified resins thereof. |
