CONSTITUTION:The objective bronchodilator contains 2-(4-carboxybenzamido)-4- aminobenzoic acid ethyl ester or its salt as an active component. The agent is useful as a remedy for asthma, etc. It is administered at a dose of several mg - several g, preferably 50-300mg daily for adult preferably by oral administration. The carrier for the drug preparation is preferably lactose, sorbitol, mannitol, potato starch, etc. If necessary, the drug composition is incorporated with a lubricant such as calcium stearate, carbowax, polyethylene glycol, etc.
