PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of shrinkage void and surface sink on an obtained molded part by a method wherein, through a molten resin flow passage and successively from the tip part of a cavity part, molten material is packed by pouring and at the same time solidified by cooling. CONSTITUTION:Because a molten resin flow passage 131 is kept at a temperature higher than the melting point of resin by a heating means 135 provided on a mold 13, molten resin material 2 is smoothly fed at all times to the cavity part 130 of the mold without solidifying in the resin flow passage 131. Simultaneously when the molten resin material 2 is packed by pouring in the cavity part 130, a slide pin 14 is retreated by a driving means and the cavity part 130 is kept at a temperature below the melting point of the resin material 2 by a cooling means 136 successively from the tip part side in proportion to the retreat of the slide pin 14. As a result, because the resin material 2 in the cavity part 130 is successively cooled from its tip part, shrinkage void and surface sink can be prevented from generating. |
