PURPOSE:To prevent a valve shaft and a water metering function part from being applied with load even in erroneous operation by preventing the turning of a cam to the opposite direction to the water-amount setting side at water cutting-off position and suppressing the contact with a valve shaft. CONSTITUTION:In a water-amount regulating cock in which an opening and closing valve V1 in a flow passage is maintained in the opened state through a water-amount metering function part A until a set amount of water can be obtained and said set amount is set by an operation part, a cam 25 for raising and lowering the valve shaft of the opening and closing valve V1 is installed onto a cam shaft 22 engaged with the operation part so as to be revolved within a certain angle range, providing a certain amount of play, and the direction of the revolution of the cam shaft 22 is reversed in setting the amount of the discharged water and in metering the amount of water in the water metering function part, and the contact between a valve shaft 15 and the peripheral surface of the cam is suppressed at water cutting-off position, and a stopper 33 for preventing the revolution of the cam shaft 22 in the reverse direction to the water- amount setting side is installed. Therefore, the valve shaft 15 and the water metering function part are not applied with load even in erroneous operation. |
