PURPOSE:To install a pat accurately and to facilitate the operation by lowering and positioning a shaft while holding a liner through the operation of the electromagnet of a liner holding part. CONSTITUTION:The liner 41 made of a steel plate is held with the electromagnetic force of the liner holding part 12 and while the scale staff 13 of a pat lever device is observed by using an optical level gauge 1, the control switch 16 of the elevation motor 10 of a control box 14 is operated so as to obtain a specific level, thereby lowering a shaft 7. Thus, positioning operation is completed and then a liner bolt 42 is screwed in to fix the linear 41 on base concrete 50. Consequently, the pat is set accurately and the operation is facilitated.
