PURPOSE:To realize stable and high response detection or control, by a method wherein an upper limit value and a lower limit value are sent out on the basis of the output data corresponding to input data after smoothing processing was performed if said input data takes a value within the range of both values and the input data is sent out as it is if said input data takes a value out of said range. CONSTITUTION:The detection output of an electromagnetic flowmeter 1 is applied to CPU3 as input data Di through an A/D converter 2. CPU3 performs predetermined operational processing and the processing result is applied to a D/A converter 4 to be converted to an analogue signal which is, in turn, sent out as output data D0. ROM5 and RAM6 are attached to CPU3 and the order in ROM5 is put into practice by CPU3 and operational processing is performed while necessary data is accessed to RAM6. An upper limit value and a lower limit value are determined on the basis of output data corresponding to input data and, if the input data takes a value within the range of both values, said data are sent out after smoothing processing and, if said data takes a value out of the range, the input data is sent out as it is. |
