PURPOSE:To regenerate a Band rate frequency component by inserting two pilot signals at the outside of the signal band so that the frequency difference is an integral multiple of the Baud rate and frequency-dividing the frequency component of the pilot signals at the reception side. CONSTITUTION:A data signal is assigned to the 2nd-(M-1)-th channel and a pilot signal is assigned to the 1st and the M-th channel in a signal 101 multiplexing signals of plural channels. The Baud rate of a data channel is constant and the frequency difference of two pilot signals in n times the Baud rate. After the 1st and the M-th channel of pilot signals are extracted from a multiplex signal from narrow band pass filters 102, 104, the result is multiplied by a multiplier 107. A reference of the frequency component being n times the Baud rate is extracted by the result of multiplication and a band pass filter 108 and the frequency being n times the Baud rate is recovered by applying the reference to a phase locked loop (PLL) 109. The frequency component is subjected to 1/n frequency division by a frequency divider 110 to extract the frequency component of the Baud rate. |
