发明名称 POSITION DETECTOR FOR LASER LIGHT SOURCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect accurately and efficiently the position of a laser light source by detecting the positional deviation of the laser light source itself by the differ ence between quantities of light of laser beams reflected on four faces of a quadrangular pyramid. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 2 from a laser light source 1 is reflected on an upper specular face 3a and a lower specular face 3b of a regular quadrangular pyramid mirror 3 and is separated into a reflected light 2a from the upper specular face and a reflected light 2b from the lower specular face. The reflected light 2a is made incident on an upper side light quantity detector 4a, and the reflected light 2b is made incident on a lower side light quantity detector 4h, and their quantities of ligth are detected. Both of detected light quantity values are inputted to a light quantity comparator 10, and a deviation of an optical axis O' of the laser beam before adjustment from a center O of the quandrangular pyramid which is preliminarily positioned on a pre scribed laser beam optical axis is detected, and a light source supporting plate 5 is moved vertically to adjust the position of the laser light source until the deviation is zero, that is, optical axes O and O' coicide with each other.
