<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the workability by simplifying the manufacturing process and shortening the production time of the title guide rail through the omission of a degreasing process and a cooling process by a method wherein a process, during which pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for cushioning medium are bonded at both the ends of hoop material in conveying course by merging the tapes with the hoop material, and a process, during which said hoop material with the tapes thereon is formed into the predetermined shape, are performed in succession. CONSTITUTION:Pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 are merged with hoop material 1 on either one surface of the hoop material 1 at its both ends by drawing the tape 2 out of a tape roller 12 in synchronous with the hoop material 1 delivered from an uncoiler 11 so as to bond the tapes 2 to the hoop material 1 by applying pressure with a pair of rollers or an upper and a lower rollers 3 and 3. Next, the resultant hoop material is drawn gradually into the predetermined shape of guide rail with a forming roll machine A. Finally, rail material B past through the forming roll machine A is cut in required lengths with a cutter in order to complete the working of a guide rail.</p> |
