PURPOSE:To enable shifting in all directions in a plane by coupling shift operating devices with the device body, wherein each shift operating device is capable of revolving round a longitudinal axis. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of traveling devices for shifting 6 are installed at a certain spacing in the transport direction of the device body concerned 1, wherein each traveling device shall be capable of revolving by a revolving rail 11. Here, traveling crawlers 7a, 7b of each traveling device for shifting 6 are set in the width direction of the device body 1, and travel shifting in the width direction is accomplished by driving these crawlers 7a, 7b. A revolutional setting of crawlers 7a, 7b so as to become parallel with the rails 10a, 10b of the body 1 will provide shifting into the transport direction. Thus shift in all directions in a plane can be obtained by revolving each traveling device 6 appropriately.
