PURPOSE:To nullify the electrostatic value on a transport means consisting of a pulley and a belt by equipping the pulley with an electroconductive boss at the top of each tooth, and by furnishing the belt with an electroconductive tension member, which is exposed at the core wire pressing part. CONSTITUTION:An electroconductive tension member 5 is fixed to a belt 2 so as to be exposed between teeth 4 formed on said belt 2. An electroconductive boss 6 is provided at the tip of each tooth 3 formed on a pulley 1, and grounded by the use of a lead 7. Thereby the static electricity generated on the belt 2 during its transportation work can be released to the ground via exposed tension member 5, bosses 6 and leads 7, which should nullify the electrostatic potential.
