PURPOSE:To perform enough mixing operation regardless of the viscosity by providing a roter having the outer side face extending over the whole circumference in the housing and by allowing the fluid to be mixed to pass through the narrow gap which is formed by providing a stator by the side of this outer face. CONSTITUTION:The length (l) of gap parts 17, 17a between a rotor 9 and stators 14, 14a is, for example, set to a narrow gap of about 1mm. When the fluid to be mixed is allowed to flow into the housing 1 under the condition in which the rotor is rotating, said fluid penetrates into the gap part 17a. At the same time, said fluid passes through the hole 11 formed by boring through the rotor 9 and penetrates into the other gap part 17a as shown in the arrow. The rotor 9 is rotating, on the other hand, the rotors 14, 14a are in a stationary state, so that said fluid present in gap parts 17, 17a generates a stepped velocity difference by its viscosity. Accordingly, the so-called kneading action is generated and the mixing of powder with said fluid can be performed. |
