The two-terminal network comprises a series resonant circuit and a phase comparator CP. The series resonant circuit comprises, between a first terminal A and a second terminal B, a capacitor C, a resistor Rs and an inductance 1 having a third terminal D in common with the resistor. The inductance is an electronic circuit containing a variable resistor R4 connected to the second terminal B.
