PURPOSE:To prevent an impact load from a hand lever from being directly transmitted to a change gear by causing parts whose intervals are narrowed between a socket part and the hand level when the hand level is operated and is tilted with respect to the socket part and regulating the tilting of the hand lever by means of an elastic stopper between parts. CONSTITUTION:When a select operation is executed, the hand lever 10 is tilted, and in terms of the elastic stopper 40 the tilting direction side of the bottom of the hand lever 10 abuts on the socket part 21. Thus the tilting of the hand lever 10 is elastically regulated without transmitting the impact to a change gear main body 80 and the hand lever 10. A shift operation is made when the hand lever 10 is tiled in the peripheral direction of a pipe part 23. A pin 11 turns a control tube 20 fitted pivotally on the hand lever 10 in one body, and simultaneously a shift lever 22 turns, thereby executing the shift operation.
