PURPOSE:To make it possible to output the stored temp. value accumulated in a temp. memory and accumulation cassette by a memory take-out apparatus while the temp. memory and accumulation cassette is fed along with a product in a sterilizing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:At first, a plurality of switch groups provided to the outer surface of the top plate 5a of a lid partition member 5 are turned ON to bring the memory member 2 in a steel container 1 to an operable state and, next, a cap member 7 is engaged with the lid partition member 5 to bring the container 1 to a hermetically closed state. The memory member 2 is set to an operable state and a temp.-measuring means is connected to the sensor connector 9 provided on the lid partition member 5. When the circumferential temp. of a product is measured, a sensor is mounted to a conveyor container as it is and, when the change value of the internal temp. of the product is measured, the temp.-sensitive part of the sensor is preliminarily thrust in the product to be embedded therein. By this method, the temp. of the product fed through a sterilizing machine is successively measured by the sensor and the measured temp. value is stored in the memory member 2 of a temp. memory accumulation cassette A through the sensor connector 9 and emitted later by a memory take-out apparatus.
