PURPOSE:To inspect the function of a digital circuit with the same inspecting device by connecting a liquid crystal driving output from a circuit inspection- objected with a liquid crystal panel and inspecting the picture image of the liquid crystal panel with a TV camera. CONSTITUTION:An detecting probe 1 is contacted with a circuit board 2 which is objected for an inspection and also the detecting probe 1 is connected with a liquid crystal panel 3 with a wire. The liquid crystal panel 3 displays an output from the circuit. The picture display is inputted to a television camera 4 and an inspecting device 5 process the picture image and the good or bad of the function of the digital circuit objected for the inspection is decided. Also, the picture image on which the picture display of the liquid crystal panel is binary-coded is displayed on a television 6 and an operator can watch the outputting state of the circuit objected for the inspection.
