PURPOSE:To enable the title article extending to both side end parts from the center to be extruded with a uniform thickness, by a method wherein the title equipment is provided with a resin inflow path which has been made annular, an extrusion head having resin extrusion path in a ramified shape of an annular flow path and a guide member. CONSTITUTION:The title equipment is constituted of an extrusion head 1 which is communicated with a sending-in pipe 2 of molten resin and having a resin inflow path 7 whose lower side is made annular and resin extrusion path 8 whose annular flow path is in a ramified shape by a flow path control ramification member 9 and a guide member 10 which guides and deforms circular-arclike molten resin pieces 13a, 13b to be extruded through the extrusion head 1 into a sheetlike state. The molten resin sent in through the sending-in pipe 2 of the molten resin flows down annularly by passing through the resin inflow path 7 of the extrusion head 1, a part of an annular state is ramified by the resin extrusion path 8, the molten resin is extruded and dangled through the extrusion head 1 by turning into the circular-arclike molten resin pieces 13a, 13b and the molten resin pieces 13a, 13b are guided and deformed into the sheetlike state by the guide member 10 at the lower side of the extrusion head 1. With this construction, two sheets of molten resion pieces 13a, 13b can be extruded and dangled at uniform thickness. |
