PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for lens on the inlet side, facilitate the workifng and assembling of the entire part of the apparatus and improve its accuracy by so forming the energy analyzing apparatus composed of double spherical shells formed with electric fields between both that the shells are slightly cut in from a semispherical shape to form the longitudinal section in fan shape. |
