PURPOSE:To obtain the taping device molding a plastic lens precisely by fitting a suction pad at the tip of an oscillating arm connected such that the crossing angle between the arm axis and a rotary axis may be freely changed and fixed. CONSTITUTION:The molds 41, 42 temporally assembled are set on the lower suction pad 9 with a spacer 40, and then an upper suction pad 15 is lowered. Because the upper suction pad 15 is connected to a rotary shaft 11 by way of an oscillating arm 12, when the centers 41a, 42a of the molds are set with shifting from the axis cores 8a, 11a of rotary shafts 8, 11, the whole periphery of the upper suction pad 15 can be in contact with the upper surface of the mold 41 by setting suitably the crossing angle theta of the oscillating arm 12. Even if the vacuum suction of the molds is carried out, through the suction pad 15, the mold 41 does not move, whereby the taping for the molds may be achieved, while keeping the distance between the molding surfaces of the molds 41, 42 in constant. |
