PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an overall pipeline by providing a valve consisting of a ball freely inserted in a bulged section inside each of intake/ discharge ports distributively arranged at the tank bottom section, allowing a fluid to pass when it flows, and otherwise closing the port via the weight of the ball. CONSTITUTION:Multiple intake/discharge ports 1 are distributively arranged at the bottom section of a tank 2 and constitute a pipeline system via an intake pipe 5, a feed pipe 6, a pump 4, and valves 3. An automatic switching intake/ flood valve 7 is arranged near the intake/discharge port 1. A ball 7e is arranged in the bulged section 7d of the valve 7, and when a fluid is sucked or flooded, the ball 7e is pushed up by the passing liquid to allow it to pass. When the liquid is not passing, the ball 7e is seated on the protruded section 7b of the bulged section 7d or a valve seat 7e and closes the port. Accordingly, the intake/ discharge port 1 can be automatically opened or closed, and the overall pipeline can be made simple.
