PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the change-over of an address data, and to execute the IC-chip of a device such as data conversion, table calculation, etc., by giving the address data to a memory cell array as the writing address at the time of a data memory. CONSTITUTION:When a signal CS is 'L' and a signal IO is 'H', the address data outputted from an address counter 12 is selected, simultaneously, the converting data corresponding to an address 00H are outputted to a bus DB. The counter 12 is reset by a signal RS, and by the output, the address 00H of a memory cell 15 is selected. A signal WE is made into 'L', the converting data are outputted through a controller 17 to a sense amplifier 16, and the converting data corresponding to the address 00H of the cell 15 are stored. In the same manner, the converting data corresponding to an address 01H of the cell 15 are stored. After this, the counter 12 is successively incremented by the rise of the signal WE, the writing address is renewed and the converting data are successively stored to the cell 15.
