PURPOSE:To enable to curtail drastically time for making the temperature of an expanding part of the original form rise to the predetermined temperature, by a method wherein a pot type outside heater is mounted on the outside of the original form, an intermediate heater is inserted into the inside and heating is performed by making the temperature uniform from both the inside and outside. CONSTITUTION:A pot type outside heater 13 is formed by fitting a heating wires 12 respectively to the inside of a box material 11 formed of a heat insulation material such as a ceramic fiber, that is, an inner wall surface and the bottom. An intermediate heater 18 is made of a cartridge type sheathed heater having an upper part heater bearing fitment 19, which is inserted into the original form 15 and the original form 15 is heated by making the temperature of the same uniform from the outside and inside. It is possible to curtail drastically time for making the temperature of a part, which is made to expand in a blow molding process, rise to the predetermined temperature by heating a bottle uniformly by acquiring balance of the temperatures respectively from both the inside and outside of the bottle. |
