PURPOSE:To obtain an image information processor which facilitates the loading and unloading of optical disks while its constitution is simplified by fitting plural optical disks at intervals to a driving shaft which is tapered at both end parts and performing information processing on an optical disk while rotating the driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:Plural optical disks 5 are fitted at intervals to the driving shaft 4 whose end parts are both tapered to constitute a storage medium unit 6, which is rotted to perform information processing on a desired optical disk 5. At this time, a timing disk 7 is fitted onto the driving shaft 4 and collars 8 and optical disks 5 are fitted alternately; and an upper collar 9 is put thereupon and then they are clamped with a nut 11 with a handle 10. The lower tapered part 4a of the driving shaft 4 is fitted in the tapered hole 12a of a driving member 12 and also fitted in the tapered hole 13a of a presser member 13, and the upper end part of the shaft 4 is provided with a presser member 13, a support shaft member 13b, and an arm 14, which are pressed by a torsion spring 17 to stabilize the rotation of the unit 6.
