PURPOSE:To achieve strong adhesiveness, by applying a binder coat, wherein an organosilane compound was added to and compounded with an org. solvent, to the surface of an oily coat film before drying the same. CONSTITUTION:A binder coat, to which an organosilane compound has been added, is applied to the surface of a first coat film comprising an oily coat, a long oily alkyd resin coat or a middle oily alkyd resin coat and subsequently dried. Said binder coat is prepared by a method wherein the organosilane compound such as p-aminophenyltrihydroxysilane, vinyltrichlorosilane, allyltrichlorosilane or gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane is added to and compounded with an org. solvent such as aliphatic hydrocarbon or aromatic hydrocarbon. By this method, coating showing strong adhesiveness can be performed.
