PURPOSE:To hold properly angles at which both end parts of a band are projected from end parts of a case, by forming the surface of a windshield-side case piece into a recessed shape and forming that of a rear cover-side case piece into a projecting shape and holding the band formed as one body between both of these case pieces. CONSTITUTION:A windshield-side case piece 1 is made by injection molding of a rigid resin or a metal of die casting. A watch module is stored in a recessed part 11, and an external operation member such as a stem, a push button, or the like provided on a side wall part 13 is inserted to a notch 14. A contacting surface 16 should be brought into contact with a band 2 parallel with the module surface, and a contacting surface 17 is inclined in the direction of user's hand. The band 2 formed into one body consists of sufficiently flexible and moldable materials like urethane rubber, and the watch module is stored in a hole 21 for module. A rear cover-side case piece 3 consists of one plate and is provided with holes 31 for tension, a contacting surface III 32 parallel with the module surface, and contacting surfaces inclined to the hand side. The band is bent correctly in the hand fitting direction and is regulated as the result of press-fitting due to contacting surfaces 16-33. |
