PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of bond which is used for the fixing of a driven magnet so as to improve the productivity and the quality and to prevent the magnet from turning and cracking on the external part thereof by inserting the driven magnet in a primary mold of a special constitution, and filling a space part with resin layer. CONSTITUTION:By pouring resin from a primary molding port (shown by an arrow (c)), a primary mold 14 consisting of a base part 15, a magnet guide 16, a blade board 17 and so forth is formed around a pump shaft 6. A driven magnet 5 is inserted in the magnet inserting space 18 of the primary mold 14 and pressed against the end face of a positioning rib 21 for setting the positioning of the magnet. Resin is then poured in the space from a secondary molding port (shown by an arrow (d)) to form a resin layer 23, whereby getting the driven magnet 5 surrounded and fixed. Finally, a blade board 24 is stuck to the blade board 17 by use of ultrasonic waves to manufacture a pump blade 4. As described above, there is no need of bond which is used for the fixing of the magnet 5 so that the productivity and the quality may be improved, and additionally, the idle run of the magnet 5 due to thermal expansion and the cracking on the external part thereof can be prevented.
