PURPOSE:To securely prevent air from entering a hydraulic pump through an oil supply channel communicating a first oil chamber housing a hydraulic pump, an oil sump of the first oil chamber and a suction port of the hydraulic pump by connecting a second oil chamber to the oil supply channel. CONSTITUTION:As shown in the drawing, a front wheel output shaft 4, a rear wheel output 5, and a wet-type clutch 32 are housed as rotary bodies of a differential limitter 13'. An oil supply channel 98 is provided for the communication between the first oil chamber 80A housing above-mentioned components, an oil pump 80 of the first oil chamber 80A, and an oil suction port 22 of a differential limitter 13'. A second oil chamber 80B for settling the operation oil is interposed near a side of the first oil chamber 80A in the oil supply channel 98 communicated through channels 152 and 153. With this constitution, settlement of the operation oil supplied through the oil supply channel 98 to the above- mentioned suction port 22 is performed so that air is securely prevented from entering the hydraulic pump 14 from the oil sump 80 through the oil supply channel 98.
