Reclaiming of vulcanised rubber scrap

摘要

The ground scrap is (a) filled through a hopper into an autoclave; (b) oxygenated at 70-80 deg.C under 35-40 atmos. for 20-30 mins. with intermittent exchange with fresh air at ambient temp.; and (c) discharge of the baked scrap, which consists of natural rubber mixed with synthetic rubber polymers. The reclaim is for re-use in rubber mfr.
