<p>NEW MATERIAL:A peptide shown by the formula I [Tyr is tyrosine; Met is methionine; Gly is glycine; X is group shown by the formula II (Phe is phenylalanine; Arg is arginine; Val is valine), group shown by the formula III (Leu is leucine) or tryptamine]. USE:An analgesic. PREPARATION:For example, peptides shown by the formula III [Z(OMe) is p-methoxybenzyloxycarbonyl; Mts is methylene-2-sulfonyl], formula IV and formula V are synthesized by amide formation reactions and they are successively condensed by azide method. The prepared protected octapeptide is treated with methanesulfonic acid, the whole protecting groups are removed to give a peptide shown by the formula I (X is group shown by the formula II).</p> |
