PURPOSE:To provide a packing agent composed of powdery immobilized enzyme containing immobilized hydrolase, a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol, a water- insoluble inorganic powder and water, exhibiting excellent effect to improve the skin texture, free of irritation to the skin and having excellent storage stability. CONSTITUTION:The objective packing agent is composed of (A) 0.01-5wt% (in terms of enzyme) immobilized enzyme containing immobilized hydrolase, (B) 1-100pts.wt., (preferably 5-50pts.wt.) of a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol (e.g. ethylene glycol) based on 1pt.wt. of the hydrolase in the immobilized enzyme, (C) 10-90wt% water-insoluble inorganic powder (e.g. bentonite) and (D) 10-90wt% water. The immobilized enzyme is preferably the one bonded or adsorbed to the natural alginic acid, carrageenan, silk fibroin, zein, etc., or its derivative, or clathrated with the above compound and the average particle diameter of the immobilized enzyme is preferably 1-50mu. |
