PURPOSE:To switch a large current in high speed by providing the 1st and 2nd terminal elements whose one end is connected to each collector of the 1st and 2nd transistors (TRs) and the 5th and 6th TRs whose emitter is connected to the other end and whose base receives a prescribed bias. CONSTITUTION:A differential amplifier comprising TRs Q1, Q2 and a current source I1 and a differential amplifier comprising output TRs Q3, Q4 whose base is connected to the collectors of the TRs Q1, Q2 and a current source I2 are constituted. When the TRs Q1, Q2 are turned respectively on and off, the output TRs Q3, Q4 are turned respectively off, on, and TRs Q5, Q6 are provided, whose emitters connect respectively to resistors R2, R3 or diodes D1, D2 causing a voltage drop and whose bases are given a prescribed bias and the other end of the resistors are connected to the collectors of the TRs Q1 Q2. Thus, the broad band by current amplification being an advantage of a gain cell is not lost and the complete switching operation is provided by turning on, off the output TRs Q3, Q4.
