摘要

PURPOSE:To avoid a light transmitting part from receiving the effect of the distortion of a holder by constituting an optical parts with the light transmitting part separated from the holder and a holding part welded to the holder. CONSTITUTION:A sensor lens 1 is welded to a holder 6 via a flange part 4. This protects the properties to receive easily the distortion for a plastic molded product which is made inexpensively of an acrylic material. Thus the light transmitting parts 2 and 3 receive no effect of the distortion of the holder 6 since the lens 1 is fixed with adhesion to the holder 6 having high strength via the part 4 set far away from the parts 2 and 3. Then it is required for the lens 1 to increase merely its light transmitting accuracy because the lens 1 is put into the holder 6 having high strength. Therefore the resin having low strength is also available to produce the plastic product. This can reduce the cost and to improve greatly the optical performance.
