摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the continuous observation control of the abnormality of wind velocity distribution or the transition of the variation in wind velocity by measuring wind velocity all over the entire region of a blown air passing surface, by using a wind velocity sensor for unidimensionally or two- dimensionally scanning the gas passing surface. CONSTITUTION:A wind velocity sensor 2, which moves to an up-and-down direction and a left-and-right direction two-dimensionally or freely moves to either one of an up-and-down direction and a left-and-right direction unidimensionally when a gas blowing and passing surface 1 (blow-off port or passage) is longitudinally or laterally long, is arranged to the gas blowing and passing surface 1. Then, wind velocity is measured while a sensor 2 is moved at a constant speed by drive motors 4, 5. The measured value is collected by a microcomputer 11 to perform operation and correction processing and wind velocity distribution or a wind velocity variation ratio and a wind velocity average value on a measuring surface are outputted to be displayed on a display device 12.
