摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve simultaneous quantitative analysis of both first and second substances to be inspected accurately, by making an antigen or antibody specifically reacting with the first substance being inspected to be estimated by an immunological reaction coexist with a reagent acting upon the second substance being inspected to be estimated by a biochemical reaction to produce a reaction reagent. CONSTITUTION:An insoluble carrier 21 with a solid-phase converted antibody or antigen which causes an antigen-antibody reaction specifically with a first substance to be inspected to be estimated by an immunological reaction included in a sample is made to coexist with a color forming reagent 19 which acts specifically upon a second substance to be inspected to be estimated by a biochemical reaction included in the sample to produce a reaction reagent. Then, a sample injected from a sample cup 15 is caused to react with the reaction reagent in a reaction container 11 to allow the proceeding with the immunological reaction and the biochemical reaction simultaneously. After the end of the reactions, the reaction liquid is measured colorimetrically with a colorimeter 22 to estimate the second substance being inspected. Then, a cleaning liquid is injected from a cleaning pump 24 to make a B.F separation and the first substance being inspected bonded to the carrier 21 is estimated to determine the amount of the first substance in the sample.
