<p>PURPOSE:To certainly guide and carry copying paper and, at the same time, to make an image forming device simple in constitution and compact in space, by installing a paper carrying guide which constitutes part of the carrying path of paper fed from a paper feeding device to its developing device. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd developing device 37 is composed of a housing 60 used as a container for developing agent, a stirring member 61 which stirs the developing agent inside the housing 60, developing roller 62 which is a developing agent carrier carrying and supplying the developing agent in the housing to a photosensitive drum 34, etc., as one unit. The 1st developing device 36 is also constituted in almost the same manner. The 2nd developing device 37 and 1st developing device 36 are arranged in the vertical direction near the photosensitive drum 34 in the main boy of this image forming device 31 and fitted to the main body 31 under a removable condition, but the position of the 2nd developing device 37 is set at a lower level as compared with conventional ones. Namely, the device 37 is positioned closely to the carrying path 57 of a paper feeding device 41 and the outer surface of the housing 60 opposite to the drum 34 is put between carrying rollers 55 and carrying guide 47a.</p> |
