<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the color filter having a minute colored image pattern by transferring the photosensitive resin layer provided on a temporary substrate to a transparent substrate to provide the photosensitive resin layer on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The formation of the red, blue and green colored images is performed by transferring the photosensitive resin layer contg. a sort of a color ing material selected from three colored coloring matters composed of the red, blue and green colors and provided on the temporary substrate to the temporary image receiving sheet followed by exposing and developing it, and then similarly, by transferring the photosensitive layers contg. two sorts of the remaining coloring materials respectively to the each temporary image receiving sheets followed by exposing and developing them, respectively. The temporary substrate firstly provided the photosensitive layer thereon, the tempo rary image receiving sheet and the transparent substrate which is the substrate for the color filter, are not specified, but are necessary to be not produced a remarkable deformation, shrinking and elongation by heating and/or under a pressure.</p> |
