PURPOSE:To enable the automatic loading of the test program of a wiring board, by simple constitution such that the discrimination holes formed in predetermined arrangement at every wiring board are detected by a detection part and searching for the heat program corresponding to a searching part. CONSTITUTION:Discrimination holes 1-1-1-n are arranged to a wiring board 1. The arrangement of the discrimination holes 1-1-1-n is detected by a detec tion part 2 having a light emitting sensor 21 and a light receiving sensor 22 and converted to digital signals by a signal converting part 31 to be outputted to a number reading part 32. The number reading part 32 discriminates the number corresponding to the digital signal, which was inputted from the signal converting part 31, from the numbers of the wiring board 1 preliminarily stored to output the same to a searching part 5 which, in turn, receives the output signal from the number reading part 32 to search for the test program of all kinds of wiring boards stored in a program storing part 4 and the test program concerned is outputted to a tester 7 through a control part 6 to perform the test of the wiring board 1 according to the test program.
