PURPOSE:To form surely an immobilized enzyme film only to the specific part of a micro-ion sensor by providing electrodes insulated electrically from the ion sensitive part of the ion sensor near said ion sensor and forming the immobilized enzyme film on the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The conductive electrode 7 consisting of gold is formed on ISFETs 14, 15 which are the semiconductor ion sensor and thereafter the parts thereof except the liquid contact part and the junctures of lead wires are insulated by tantalum oxide 8, by which the conductive electrodes 12, 13 covering the periphery of the respective ion sensitive parts are installed. The ion sensor element 11 having the conductive electrodes is immobilized and flocculated with the enzyme except the lead wire take-out part and thereafter the specified shape is maintained. The immobilization of the enzyme is made possible by immersing the element into water contg. collagen, etc. and applying a DC electric field between the electrodes 12 and 13. |
