DRUG BLEND CONTAINING DIHYDROPYRIDINES

The pharmaceutical composition can be administered parenterally and contains liposomes with an average diameter of 20 - 1000 nm, where the liposome membrane has the following constituents:… a) 1 part by weight of a dihydropyridine… b) 5-500 parts by weight of lipids… and where the liposomes are dispersed in an aqueous medium which has a pH of 6.5 - 8.0. The process for its preparation entails dissolving 1 part by weight of the dihydropyridine and 5-500 parts by weight of lipid in organic solvents, then removing the solvent and dispersing the residue after addition of an aqueous medium with a pH of 6.5 - 8 at temperatures between 20 and 80 DEG C.
