PURPOSE:To enable an amount of wetting water to be supplied to a plate sur face to be adjusted even during operation by providing a fine adjustment means of brush roller on a water feeder roller. CONSTITUTION:Levers 11, 11 are supported on both ends of the shaft 10 of a wetting roller 4, an adjustment means 12, 12 being provided on the tip of the levers 11, 11. In addition, the shaft 13 of a brush roller 3 is supported in the middle of the levers 11, 11. Motors 15, 15 for the above-mentioned right and left means 12, 12 electrically rotate in the same phase, and are fitted with a potentiometer to detect the rotating angle of a male thread lever 16. Thus the brush pressure can be converted to a thread phase and consequently any brush pressure be electrically set. An operator, watching printed matter, can adjust the brush pressure on the basis of electrically indicated brush pressures of an operating console during the operation of a rotary press.
