发明名称 SLIDING CONTACT POINT MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a sliding contact point material having excellent wear resistance and stable contact resistance by adding a specified amt. of Cd and at least one kind of B, Si, Ge and Tl to Ag and substituting part of B, Si and other additive elements with an Fe group element. CONSTITUTION:Cd is added at 0.5-15wt% to Ag and at least one kind of B, Si, Ge and Tl is added at 0.5-10wt% thereto. Part of additive elements such as B, Si, Ge, Tl are substd. by an Fe element such as Fe, Ni, Co in a 0.01-0.5wt% range. The wear resistance is improved by addition of Cd and the oxides generated during sliding by addition of B, Si, Ge, Tl, etc. act as a lubricating agent. The finer crystal grains of the alloy are formed by addition of the Fe group elements. The sliding contact point material having excellent wear resistance and stable contact resistance is thus obtd.
