A guide arrangement (4) directs the objects into the mechanism individually and also re-delivers them. The objects are received firstly on a collection device (5), and once a group of the requisite quantity is gathered, the transfer device (6) moves them en bloc to a storage point. The collecting device incorporates a table and at least one support against which the first object in a group supports. It is movable in accordance with the required division between the objects. A control permits adjustment of the direction of movement of the table of the collection device. |
