<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an internal-combustion engine to enhance the starting ability of the engine, by providing a clutch disengaging mechanism for automatically disengaging a clutch mechanism for a predetermined time period from the time of starting the start operation of the internal-combustion engine to the time of completing the start operation. CONSTITUTION:A surge tank 30 accumulates therein vacuum from an intake-air pipe, which is generated during operation of an internal-combustion engine 2, and is connected with a second pressure passage 34 which is connected at the other end to an electrical vacuum change-over valve 36. Further, during starting of the internal-combustion engine 2 a control circuit 50 delivers an electrical signal to the change-over valve 36. With this arrangement, a valve element 52 closes the second pot 44 while it communicates the first port 40 with the third port 48. A clutch release arm 26 and a clutch pedal 12 move in the direction A, and a clutch mechanism 6 automatically falls in its disengaged condition so that no power of the engine 2 is transmitted to a speed change gear, thereby it is possible to enhance the starting ability of the engine.</p> |
