PURPOSE:To check whether or not the transfer of data is carried out correctly between an arithmetic CPU and a display IC, etc., by transferring a data pattern that is inconceivable with the normal data when the data of a fixed style is supplied. CONSTITUTION:When the data of a fixed style is supplied to a data input circuit 1 for request of checking the transfer of data, a display IC control circuit 8s delivers a request to a display IC 4 to transfer the data on a fixed pattern that is inconceivable with the normal operation to an arithmetic CPU 6. The CPU 6 discriminates the received data and confirms a checking mode for transfer of data. Then the data on a fixed pattern which is never transferred in a normal mode is delivered to the IC 4 from the CPU 6. This data pattern is supplied to the IC 4 to receive discrimination whether it is equal or not to the data that should be supplied when the transfer of data is checked. Then the propriety for transfer of data is displayed on a display matter 5 through the circuit 8. |
