PURPOSE:To enable continuous detection of flaws both at the curvature part and the tilt part of a blade section along with a small size, by arranging a probe between two belts supported with a support section moving corresponding to the shape of an object to be detected. CONSTITUTION:A blade section 6 varies continuously in three directions - inclined in the Z axis (theta) of upper and lower blades and in the Y axis (alpha) of a blade - from the advance of an equipment in the X axis. To detect flaws of an object to be detected with a probe 2 following it, a mechanism is needed to follow changes in three directions. On the other hand, the probe 2 is pressed against belt rotation support sections 7 and 8 adapted to change in the position according to the state of the object being detected with belts 4 and 5 which moves thereover to perform a scanning with the probe 2. This is applicable for various runners once the adjustment of the positions of rollers 17-20 is made possible according to the curvature. Besides, miniaturization is possible with a relatively easy construction.
