PURPOSE:To enhance the operationability and the reliability in opening and closing of the flap of a bag by a method wherein the cover is engaged when it is closed, using a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:An attracting member A having a permanent magnet 5 is provided at the position corresponding to the hole 3 of the flap 2 when it is closed. The attracting member A is composed of the permanent magnet 5, having the hole 5a formed in the direction from a pole-face (a) to a pole-face (b), and the ferromagnetic member 6 provided on the pole-face (a) of the permanent magnet 5. Said attracting member A is attracted in a freely detachable manner through the intermediaries of the member B to be attracted which comes in contact with the pole-face (b) and the hole 5a of the permanent magnet 5. When the flap 2 is closed, the attracting member A and the member to be attracted B are attracted each other, and the flap 2 is brought in the state that it is freely engaged or disengaged.
