PURPOSE:To improve the durability of boot by respectively contacting the innercircumferential face at one end of shrinkable boot arranged between a plunger case and a plunger and the outercircumferential face at the other end oil-tightly against the outercircumferential faces of plunger case and plunger. CONSTITUTION:A shrinkable boot 53 secured through burning with metal coupling rings 54, 55 respectively to the outercircumference at the lower end and to the innercircumference at the upper end is applied oil-tightly in an open gap C between a plunger case 21 and a plunger Pl. In detail, the innercircumference at the lower edge is fitted over the outercircumference at the upper end section of the plunger case 21 while the coupling ring 54 is caulked to an annular groove 21g. While the upper end section of boot 53 is inverted toward the inside to fit the outercircumferential face with the outercircumferential face of a plunger cap 25 and the coupling ring 55 is caulked to an annular groove 25g.
