PURPOSE:To provide a block copolymer compsn. having excellent transparency, impact resistance and rigidity, consisting of two copolymers, each consisting of a polymer segment mainly composed of an arom. vinyl hydrocarbon and a polymer segment mainly composed of a conjugated diene. CONSTITUTION:A polymer compsn. consists of 55-97pts.wt. block copolymer (A) having an MW of 100,000-400,000, consisting of a polymer segment mainly composed of at least two arom. vinyl hydrocarbons and a polymer segment mainly composed of at least one conjugated diene and 3-45pts.wt. block copolymer (B) having an MW of 60,000-150,000, consisting of a polymer segment mainly composed of at least one arom. vinyl hydrocarbon and a polymer segment mainly composed of at least one conjugated diene, wherein the arom, vinyl hydrocarbon content of copolymer (A) is higher by 10-65wt% than that of copolymer (B) and the total arom. vinyl hydrocarbon content of the compsn. is 60-90wt%.
