PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture desired airtight containers simply regardless of their number without expensive molds, by providing one or more lines of continuous protruded parts comprising a staircase structure having two or more steps at least on one of airtight sealed parts between a stem and a cap. CONSTITUTION:One or more lines of continuous protruded parts comprising a staircase structure having two or more steps are provided at least on one of airtight sealing parts of a stem and a cap. For example, after the first-stage machining is carried out as shown by protruded parts 41-45 in Figures (a)-(b) by photoetching, lathe machining, stamping, laser machining or the like, the projected pads 41-45 are machined again. Thus, second protruded parts 51-57 are formed. The protruded parts are coated with a layer comprising a metallic simple structure or alloy, whose melting point is lower than that of the constituent metal, by using a means such as plating. When resistance heating is performed, the layer is fused, and a locally soldered state is provided. Thus the sealing can be performed at a low energy level. |
