发明名称 DETECTING METHOD FOR POSITION AND ATTITUDE OF TUNNEL DRILLING
摘要 PURPOSE:To find the position and attitude of a drilling machine and the displace ment of a tunnel itself from a planned line by running a running body from the drilling machine along guide rails which are fitted to a tunnel structure so that they continue successively. CONSTITUTION:The running truck equipped with a device composed of a gyro compass and a length measuring instrument is put in a pipe 18 in the Hume pipe at the rear-end part and run along guide rails up to the tip of the pipe 14 of a shield frame 1 to obtain the distance from the run origin of the truck to the frame 1 and the azimuth. The quantity of right-left up-down displacement is calculated on the basis of the quantity of displacement to the azimuth obtained by integrating said azimuth with the distance and the position and attitude of the drilling machine are detected. Further the signal of a moving detector is led out continuously to calculate the position of each Hume pipe 8, i.e. the quantity of displacement of a tunnel line which is dug actually from the planned line. Therefore, those are used to control the direction of the drilling machine.
